NinjaChimp Services

1. Services Covered:

When you engage NinjaChimps, we will make a resource (a Ninja) available to you for the number of days included in your package. The Ninja will be available via email or video call on the day(s) agreed upon in writing during standard business hours (being 7.5hours between 10am-6.30pm AEST/AEDT).

During the day(s) included in your package, your Ninja will assist you with your Mailchimp marketing, by providing selected services from the following list of available email marketing services, subject to your needs and resource availability:

  • Email Strategy Development
  • Email Template Design & Development
  • Email Campaign Deployment
  • List Management
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • A/B Testing
  • Deliverability Management

The precise combination of email marketing services provided by your Ninja will be based on reasonable instructions provided by you to your Ninja with at least 5 business days advance notice for any significant changes in service requirements. The combination of services can vary over time as your requirements do.

2. Your Responsibilities:

To get the most out of your engagement with NinjaChimps, you must:

  • Provide NinjaChimps with access to your Mailchimp account via the Mailchimp Partner Portal
  • Provide clear and timely instructions to your Ninja regarding your goals and requirements
  • Provide your Ninja with necessary information and assets, including brand guidelines, content, email lists (in compliant format), and access to relevant accounts.
  • Provide your Ninja with timely feedback on email templates and campaign plans.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legal compliance of the email list provided to NinjaChimps, including but not limited to consent requirements and opt-out mechanisms,
  • Ensuring that if you ask your Ninja to make use of any personal information that this use is permitted under all relevant laws,
  • Ensuring that if you ask your Ninja to work with any copy or content that you own or have appropriate licences to any relevant intellectual property, and
  • The legality and accuracy of any campaigns that are sent.

3. Costs:

Costs are determined within the Order form and based on the package (days per month) selected by the client

Costs are prepaid via credit card

Additional costs will be incurred if you request additional support beyond your package allocation, as detailed in the “Additional Support” section below.

4. Additional Support:

If you have additional support requirements, you can request additional support from your Ninja.

Your Ninja will advise you of the estimated time it will take to provide the additional support and the additional fees that will apply. If you agree to this additional time and fees, you must let your Ninja know (in writing).

You will then receive a payment request that must be paid in full prior to commencement of the additional support. NinjaChimp reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
